End-User License Agreement
This agreement governs use of the QuickBooks Online integration operated by PR1SM (“the Application”). By connecting a QuickBooks Online company to the Application, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not connect a company.
1. Licence
PR1SM grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Application for internal business purposes only. The Application is a private tool and is not distributed to the public.
2. Your responsibilities
- You must be authorised to connect the QuickBooks Online company you select, and to permit access to the data it contains.
- You are responsible for keeping the credentials used by the Application confidential, and for the security of the machine on which it runs.
- You must not use the Application to access any company you are not authorised to access, nor for any unlawful purpose.
3. Data handling
Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. You should read section 3 of that policy in particular: the Application transmits QuickBooks data to the connected AI assistant provider in the course of normal operation.
4. Write operations
The Application is capable of creating, updating and deleting records in the connected QuickBooks Online company. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any change made through the Application. PR1SM recommends restricting the Application to read-only operation where write access is not required.
5. No warranty
The Application is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. PR1SM does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data it returns will be accurate or complete.
6. Not professional advice
Output produced by or through the Application, including financial reports and any interpretation of them by a connected AI assistant, is provided for convenience only and does not constitute accounting, tax, financial or legal advice. Verify all figures against QuickBooks Online directly before relying on them.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PR1SM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business, arising out of or in connection with use of the Application, whether in contract, tort or otherwise.
8. Third-party services
The Application interoperates with QuickBooks Online, a service of Intuit Inc., and with a Model Context Protocol client of your choosing. PR1SM is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit Inc. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc.
9. Termination
This licence terminates automatically if you breach these terms, and may be ended at any time by revoking the Application's access from your QuickBooks Online company settings.
10. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
